Worst company to work with! - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso Hitachi

- worst HR team ever. Never briefs you about job, in fact the company doesn't have a JD at all. Employees themselves are asked to prepare the JD. - No proper established system to work with. Reporting manager is always playing cheap tricks along with support of HR to demoralize employees. - Employees are not placed in the company as per their capabilities & qualification. You will find an engineer doing data entry job & a b.com graduate placed for some technical work. - Doesn't have any product training for freshers. - HR never listens to the problem of the employees rather they will harass you more and create mental stress at the times when you are already suffering from lot of problems, forcing you to leave the company. - Very poor salary structure, they will show you very attractive package at the time of joining but never give you the complete CTC and never gives the incentive as promised.
