The industry itself is interesting, if done right, has a lot of growth potential. Some colleagues make working there actually worth while.

Work environment is quiet, no one speaks to one another as you’re expected to work with no breaks in between. Be prepared to have your bosses breathe down your neck while you work. Working there was chaotic, with no long term plans whatsoever. More people left than those who stayed and mostly because of the things I’ve listed earlier. Fit in or get fired. Employee handling is so bad even the MOHR got involved. Some employees have even been threatened to leave the office without serving notice.

Hi there, thanks for your comment. We are always looking to improve and your comments are welcomed. You'll be glad to know that the office is very noisy these days as the sales team has rapidly expanded! We harbour a culture in 2019 of retention and not letting go thanks to new management structure and figures including myself who have brought a new ethos to the company. We don't want anybody to leave us and if they do we shall be extremely sad. We now have company SOPs so that every team member is aware of their job scope and roles bringing a level of harmony to expectations.
