Overall, great people. Most do not take themselves too seriously. Opportunity to work with multiple teams and departments. Inventing some very cool and cutting edge products (note: these are semiconductors [computer chips]). Free bagel Fridays!

While executive leadership is strong, middle management is weak. Some department heads hold knowledge like it is gold where other departments heads are more inclusive. EVERYONE punches a clock. Exec mindset is that working remotely isn't working.
