      Not enough labor hours to take care of customers, complete projects, and keep store looking good. Pay discrepancy between FT & PT employees, even tho some have same responsibilities. Management often times give conflicting instructions or information. Inconsistent delivery of important details/poor communication.

      good pay. 6 paid holidays.

      Distribution center only cares about numbers, not employees. Keep your production up to 90 or above or you're a goner. Fellow employees wil mow you down trying to pull their items. and if you're slow, look out, you have to get out ot THEIR way. And of course you can't make your production if you can't work and have to wait for others to fill their orders.
