Everything else. The job is not hard...it's just made hard by the stupid way it's done by "policy" which changes depending on which manager you ask. Verbally abusive managers. DM doesn't care. Neither does home office. This company gets rid of GOOD co managers in favor of horrible, horrible managers that shouldn't be there. It's unreal. And illegal to be verbally abusive to employees yet it's a daily thing. I could go on and on but essentially this company is back asswards and seems to pride itself in that. Pay is good for an hourly retail job but you will be earning every penny for the emotional and mental stress that comes with it.
