Management focused heavily on monitoring working hours rather than employee performance and results. Very little trust and autonomy; even small delays were closely tracked and expected to be made up. Lack of recognition for good work and extra effort. Feedback was predominantly negative, with mistakes receiving more attention than achievements. HR communication was often unclear regarding employment conditions and compensation-related matters. In my experience, a lack of transparency around certain arrangements led to financial disadvantages that could have been avoided with clearer guidance. Minimal benefits beyond free coffee. Limited focus on employee well-being, motivation, and professional development. Overall culture felt rigid, outdated, and overly controlling.
