No help from management. They make you think you're getting hired for 1 job but after you're there for a while they make you do several jobs with the same pay. People call out a lot so you might be stuck doing their jobs that's why they train you on all jobs and t they try to make you think it's a good thing. Most jobs in the warehouse are not good ones and there's no morale. You usually don't get good support from your supervisors. When you're new they try to make you think their door is open but you quickly find out the truth. You usually get trained by another coworker who they come down hard on if someone messes up under their care. The trainers don't even get any extra pay to train or promotion or title. They get forced into training coworkers so the supervisors can sit in their air conditioned offices. The trainers work hard but get no recognition at all. My advice is do not get too comfortable because out of the blue you will be let go for something some one else does wrong. That happens a lot. They have favorites so they blame others for their faults and you might not know what's going on. No matter how much work you do or how many hours you work management will use you and could care less about your efforts. Only work the minimum and stay clear of managers & H.R. Don't trust H.R. If you have a concern in the warehouse because they won't do anything to support you. There's very high turn- over. No one stays long.
