The management people and TL's useless and brainless. Worst management. The spoil the professional businness. The management people choose anyone person to take lead position. The highlight,that selected person have incomplete development knowledge and zero level management skill. Dont know how to respect senior people in Team.That TL update to management, anyone in my team perform not well, the management people not investigation to team suddenly make a decision to layoff that person.
