Absolutely horrible experience - Recensione dipendente - Bar Staff presso Hogs Breath

No penalty rates, high turnover, horrible, rude managers, and terrible hours. I was working 2 hour shifts, and in my four months there only once did I get to stay for my whole rostered three hours. Bar staff were expected to make drinks, take orders, deliver drinks to tables, clean machinery, change kegs and drink taps, stock the whole bar, AND deliver food, and were still sent home early because “anyone can make drinks”. Basically I was working three to four jobs for $19 an hour. All the owner/manager cares about is making money and she couldn’t care less about her team. She actually took over my job most nights because she was free and I was not. Oh, plus no benefits. At all.
