management are all besties, if you are not good friends you will have issues, any of those issues get laughed at and make excuses and then you'll come back to an even worse environment. They push and push sales, but you will get no reward for high numbers. they will flog their favourite workers and the ones outside the "click" will get base hours which is 20 over a 4 week period. so they have no obligation to roster over 20 hours a month as part time. they will find any loophole to pay as little to you per hour as possible. ask you to come in sick, and then flog you while the friend group does nothing. if you have the audacity to put in two weeks, they will cut all hours and yell at you about it, they seemed shocked by the high turnover, all staff are brand new. managers dating staff members.. need I go on about that? just hostile if the managers are even slightly in a bad mood, they will take it out on the staff.
