No longer a great company - Recensione dipendente - Program Manager presso Holcim

Senior leadership was strong back in 2013 but has gotten considerably weaker. Too many decisions are made strictly for short-term gains, while sacrificing the long-term future of the company. Recently, several good people have left the company, especially since being acquired by CRH. Holcim Canada was considered a leader but has taken a considerable step backwards since the ownership change. Hard working employees are stretched too thin and not recognised for their accomplishments as a result of unfair treatment by senior management.
