I'm a very positive person, and by the end of one shift i felt so drained, as if I wasted away my good energy telling random people to sign up for some nonexistent raffle.

Communication and expectations between departments did not always feel fully aligned, which at times created confusion around development and performance goals. During slower seasons, limited tour flow can also make it difficult for newer representatives to build consistency and momentum.
