Great commission pay IF you can sell the product. Which is rare for most people, but they sure will lead you on to do what they want you to do.

Deceptive. False sense of customer service to the customers and employees. It's all fake. You have to be some sort of fake to work here. Very demanding of your energy. Every day. No holidays or weekends to spend with your own family. No exceptions. And you better fit in or you won't last up there.

It can be a good place to build and learn how to think on your feet. The earning potential is there for the right person and the team environment itself can be fun and energetic at times.

Training and coaching experiences can vary depending on leadership style. Success often depends not only on effort, but also on access to mentorship, tour volume, and real-time guidance. Communication and expectations between departments did not always feel fully aligned, which at times created confusion around development and performance goals. During slower seasons, limited tour flow can also make it difficult for newer representatives to build consistency and momentum.
