I had a lot of pros working here until they decided to keep the bonus for January that I earned

Don't speak up to management when you see something wrong. Not only will thry deny you your PTO but also single you out to make sure you don't succeed and when you've had enough and resign they let you go right then and there. I've been denied a bonus that I earned for the month of January. But they still too out money for benefits that I can't even use anymore. I left 4 days before bonuses were paid out. I should have been awarded that bonus.

It can be a good place to build and learn how to think on your feet. The earning potential is there for the right person and the team environment itself can be fun and energetic at times.

Training and coaching experiences can vary depending on leadership style. Success often depends not only on effort, but also on access to mentorship, tour volume, and real-time guidance. Communication and expectations between departments did not always feel fully aligned, which at times created confusion around development and performance goals. During slower seasons, limited tour flow can also make it difficult for newer representatives to build consistency and momentum.
