Many people left or got laid off without ever seeing their payouts. -Company is grasping at straws, trying to create a solution for a problem that doesn't exist. -Prospects find what they're being pitched to be gimmicky. -CEO has rose tinted shades on and believes his solution is incredible. It's not and actually had prospects say Emogi wouldn't go anywhere as they had tried similar things and people didn't engage with it. -A very limited pool of potential prospects to pitch to and when those run dry then so does any opportunity
