Doesn't pay nearly as much as competitors like Griffols in San Diego. They keep switching positions and letting people go which scares everybody who is left into believing they have no job security. Directors get THEIR bonuses, not so much everybody else. Hologic loyalty used to be high; now it is lagging. Lastly - mobility upward is virtually non-existent.
