The company's mission is motivating. I've worked with some of the most hard-working individuals and people are constantly hustling to meet deadlines. At the end of the day, you are left feeling like you are making a difference.

Direct management was a joke. This person has been reported to HR for numerous reasons and somehow was able to get away with it (many times). Salary was definitely low for the hard work and endless hours put in.
