Good company, needs direction - Recensione dipendente - Research Associate presso Hologic

After Hologic takeover there were layoffs and company culture took a huge hit. Now it may be better since the integration has occurred a few years ago. Not a lot of growth encouragement either, I think upper management was concerned with other things to worry about provide training or opportunities internally.
