Hologic is such an exciting company to work for due to the high growth and great culture. Onboarding was smooth and comprehensive, even though it was completely virtual, and I feel ready to go in my new role after just a few weeks! I love feeling connected to the purpose of Hologic, particularly the focus on improving women's health globally.

It is a high growth company so there is always a lot to do across the business and in the Talent Acquisition department but this is a positive!
