Hologic is continually promoting people into management roles simply because they are a “favorite” of someone higher up. If you are not from Stryker, good luck getting anywhere. You’re nothing more than a number to them which is unfortunate. The Global Services leadership team, all of whom used to work at Stryker with the new BSH President (who also recruited them and brought them to Hologic), are bunch of snakes.
