1) Location of office is good 2) Good CEO, very lively and nice guy.

1) No culture, they put all sales people in one room upstairs away from the team 2) Commission is a scam, you don't get paid till you get the company 20 deals PER MONTH which is unrealistic, OTE = base pay at this place (23k) 3) bad training, they only focus on numbers but won't help you develop as a person 4) 5 days a week in office by force or you get fired 5) zero care for your mental wellbeing.

You get to work with some decent people who are trying to make the best of a bad situation. Good office location.

Without a doubt the worst place I've ever worked. Passive-aggressive management consistently makes absurd demands and loses their rag when the impossible isn't delivered. Despite the high pressure environment, the commission structure seems to have been designed to be as demotivating and unachievable as possible so there's not even any real reward for hard work. Team churn as new team members quickly realise what they've got themselves into and leave, which creates a constant feeling of instability.
