I came here about 7 years ago thinking I would only stay for one year as a stepping stone to my next media sales position. Then, something happened. I was surrounded by really good people that felt like a second family. I was inspired by peers and managers to give input, make a difference, and do my job the best way I knew how...not how others told me to do it. I've never been over-managed. I am challenged in my role to become a better sales professional and am given a lot of leeway to be that person. When in meetings, I am at an equal playing level with all individuals; executive to entry-level. There is not a huge hierarchy at HomeFinder. All players are welcome to contribute and your input is valued. The new office is beautiful and conducive to a work hard, play hard lifestyle. Tons of fun.
