Ooh ...where to start. Was basically harassed to step out of one position for another coordinator position because "they really needed me out there"'agreed to do it. New manager came in and bright along a side kick with her who wanted my position...so tadah!!! I was forced to step down...and promised at least 20 hours a week. I am still doing the work for both positions....running tanks....moves...cash office....and did I mention they took away the extra dollar I was making??? There are way too many instances of people being singled out and others getting away with practically murder. Pay. Rate is hideous for the way we bust our butts!! You can call ,HR til the cows come home....I have at least 6 times. Falls on deaf ears. Manager called me in to discuss it only after the asst told her that she really needed to talk to me because I was upset. She sat there while I asked direct questions and basically danced around them like Fred Astaire. No eye contact. Lying every time her mouth moved.Fed up.
