      The CEO is very supportive and an experienced entrepreneur. If one is interested in the domain of venture capital funding, this is a great place to build a good network. The work culture is fluid, give you autonomy to decide your own workflows. There's a lot of scope to learn here. Nik is a great mentor to learn from and he has amazing ideas to solve home ownership crisis. If you're good at what you do then it's a good place to grow with.

      It's an early stage start-up so it'll be good if you have a back-up plan. You might have to be a jack of all trades and carve your own role as things are not yet structured enough.

      - Working with Homellc, You can never stop learning new things. - You get the opportunity to contribute to the complex enterprise software products. - You get the opportunity to work with different teams and the captains who are really intelligent and knows there stuff. - You can work at any time of your day after your meetings done as they are fully remote.

      - You don't get enough time to lay around HomeLLC is a company where you must learn new things and apply them into your work. You can't procrastinate while working. I won't say that is a con but if you don't do this things you will be a rockstar in HomeLLC
