9yThank you for the review. IT has grown and developed as a department over the last few years, this was necessary to support HomeServe as a dynamic and fast-paced business.
I’m disappointed to read that you would advise against suggesting ideas, I’d like to know more about this. As an Executive Team, we make it our business to be as open and approachable as possible, we sit in open plan offices and have introduced a number of engagement tools for that very reason, monthly Big Conversations, all-company Cascades and Customer First. HomeServe has seen some great People-led changes.
