Truly is a People and Customer First company. The policies and procedures in place to look after vulnerable customers and staff prove that HomeServe fulfills its promises.

Not every manager at every level of every branch fully embraces the HomeServe values, sometimes because of the resources available but sometimes because they choose to have other priorities. However, this will be the case in all large businesses and the number does seem to be shrinking as time goes on.
