After working in IT for the past 8 years I feel this used to be a good place to work. IT Management hire their own family members for roles. People walk on eggshells in most teams. Opportunities, training and 'overtime' is signed off by management. (See above comment) The low actions of the senior management are filtering down to all areas making the IT department bad. HR is too weak or knowledgeable in IT.

I joined the business before Christmas and it is certainly my observation that our environment is dynamic, constantly changing and can be challenging. I have been impressed with our people and their capabilities and the passion they display for HomeServe, often going the extra mile for our Customers and each other.
