Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I know you're not saying this but your review could be read that you think making our company-wide pay and grading transparent and equitable for everyone is a bad thing and that better benefits for a few is a good thing. This isn't a view that I have come across at any time and I suspect is certainly not something that the thousands of our People who will benefit from the introduction of Fair Pay would think. As you have been here for eight years I hope you appreciate how transparent we are with our communication. When we say we are doing something because it is genuinely fair, it's because it is.
