Bad Management who didn't have a clue what they was doing setting unrealistic targets, Passing work to every one else to do, Work that was set for her to specifically do. So she could get away with doing nothing! When complained about her and the way she spoke to people nothing was done about it. Dont care about the little people your just some one they can toss out when not needed any more. If you work there watch for Snakes Management constantly slagging staff off or talking about other managers to staff
