Management dont care about the staff at all and expect the impossible You will get screamed at daily due to the customers being upset as this company will fail to attend appointments, will be vulnerable customers in shocking situation.

It’s really important to us, particularly in the current circumstances that our People are being open about how they are feeling. We know we are facing an extremely challenging time, especially on our frontline and in the field. We’ve hired just under 200 new people for teams across our contact centres. And we’re recruiting for engineers too. We should start to see the benefit in our service levels soon.
