Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.
We work really hard to take into account employee feedback and always try to do our best to act upon it. Significant effort was put into ensuring everyone was safe during the pandemic and we sought extensive feedback before moving to our current hybrid model.
In terms of Quality Assurance we have a very robust and transparent model which is independently reviewed to ensure fairness and consistency throughout.
I'd love to get the opportunity to speak to you to get your feedback on your experience with HomeServe - it would be great to understand and potentially resolve the issues you've outlined in more detail.
