Unreasonable workload, employees feel that they are being overworked and are expected to work harder without proper compensation or support as employee turnover continues to increase as employers only look at seasonal workers. This has been the case for many years and has led to many employees feeling burnt out due to high call volumes. 4. Low pay and benefits as employees feel that they are not being paid fairly or are not receiving adequate benefits as it’s a difficult job in difficult times and the company has not adjusted to this which reflects poor management. 5.
