Executive team continuously makes poor decisions that affect every team. Homelink has a problem with transparency - they treat everything on an "as needed" basis, leaving employees feeling like they are always in the dark. They've made no attempt to create a culture; it almost seems as if they discourage people from collaborating and working together. If you're not a middle manager or higher, then your only job is the one in front of you. Homelink doesn't want you to worry about streamlining processes or pointing out areas of opportunity. That is what management is for. They don't value the input of the people who are doing the actual work day in and day out. Homelink is a 24/7 business, but they staff the weekends and evenings with skeleton crews and then fail to provide additional support during times of heightened business volume.
