A pleasure to interact with good hearted members. They have benefits. This is a place that really could be amazing. I've been there for almost a year and have really enjoyed and worked my rear off. Seems there is never anyone on staff that cares about anything. Like the small things. So I find myself doing many departments jobs or running myself thin just for the greater good. The amount of turn over is really hard to conceive ! If the there is no constant with labor maybe that means the constant is turn over? When something like this is occurring maybe there is a deeper issue..

read above. i don't like to say bad things about anyone.. however you might think that a employee should have to hide away documents regarding pay structure. This is a sad thing and it hurts my heart
