1. Awful management- Extremely disorganized, unprofessional, and show very little support or respect to their staff.
2. Bounced paychecks, as often times there are insufficient funds in the company account.
3. The space is leased and therefore shared, so many potentially convenient spaces are off limits. Closets, offices, and most of the kitchen.
4.No cleaning service, so staff are responsible for scrubbing toilets, washing rugs and windows, etc. with no compensation.
5. Only one play area and structure, so it's shared between infants, toddlers, and 4 year olds. Not good.
6. Many times staff would search for essential supplies like paper towels, soap, and gloves, and come up empty handed. So staff would have to change soiled diapers with bare hands and rinse with water after.
7. Extremely high turnover, in an industry already known for high turnover.
