Cannot think of any pros

They never raise salary of their employees. When you ask for it, they will not accept it. Even if they accept the raise request, as a condition, they will extend your resign notification period. For example, if you current resign notification period is one month, they will extend it to two or three months. This makes people feel the company is trying to prevent you from finding a new job because the long notification period will make the new employer feels daunting.
