Hi, we appreciate this feedback. During 2014 our company was experiencing some extreme growth pains. It is easy to admit we were far from perfect during this time as crisis seemed to pull us left and right. Since then we have moved into a newer (and cleaner facility) we have raised median pay company wide and we have a small library of training materials available.
