      Hooper has some of the smartest, hardworking and, dedicated employees. It’s a really supportive work environment with no shortage of work and very interesting and rewarding projects to get the opportunity to work on.

      Lots of turnover recently leaving lots of extra work on already overloaded employees. HR is not responsive and rude when you have questions. Hooper has no onboarding or training for new employees. They take you to your desk and let you figure things out yourself. Pay and benefits are average but could be better based on the workload.

We are growing quickly, and this presents some challenges, as you know. The good news is that we’ve added some great benefits to our package this year.       It’s a union shop so pay and benefits are great, but you’ll find that at union company, so go someplace else that actually cares about you

      99% of the people here were great but the remaining 1% are toxic. Sexual harassment is not tolerated in any workplace but at Hooper according to management you need to “deal with it” because there’s no changing Hooper’s culture. Reporting bad behavior to management will quickly put your job as risk.
