      Obnoxious Indian owners. They only seem to care about money. I don't feel appreciated here. Only my appreciative patients keep me going. I've seen so many patients' families get frustrated with Hope. They are leaving Hope and getting service from another companies. I'm planning on leaving too. Never worked for such a dysfunctional company.

      Always a shift available to work. They say they dont give overtime but more than likely they will call you to help fill in a shift constantly which results in you receiving overtime.

      Felt GREAT to get a paycheck every WEEK as opposed to every two weeks.

      NO room for advancement and ABSOLUTELY NO RAISES. Awarded more job responsibilities, given new job titles as if you're being "promoted", however, pay NEVER increases.
