      *** Creative and innovative. Focus is on development of product and staff satisfaction. Most employees are happy to work there. It's a super clean environment. Very tech savvy. Lots of interaction, snacks, training and entertainment.

      Almost none. A manager has good listening, interactive skills, but he listed to the wrong side of the argument.
