Great environment, the employees really make the place worth working at. Flexible work schedule, once you put in the work you can really be flexible with projects and what you are working on. Supervisors are good and listen to employees and foster growth. Great place to find a mentor.
Svantaggi
The place is very tight and very corporate, expected to work a lot. HR does NOT listen to its employees at all, need to rely on immediate supervisors for everything.
