Higher management have no idea now to run a charity, they employ mindless immature people to try and help run retail side of things when they have zero experience. Management spend a lot of the charity’s profits buying ‘new goods’ to fill shops, then end up throwing or doing tip runs with the good quality donated items! There is no consideration to staff on the front line, no compassion no working ‘together ‘to get jobs done, a lot of pressure and I’m better then you vibes!

- Most of the staff are some of the nicest people I've worked with - Hours are very considerate for a work/life balance.

Svantaggi

- Quite a toxic environment at times, some staff will try and put others down to make themselves feel like they're doing more work. - Constantly understaffed - Pressure to fill multiple roles in a day when understaffed - Staff are constantly on loan to other stores in order to cover people who have left. - Some stores are made to have shorter lunch hours than other stores in order to cover the shop floor when every shop works just as hard.
