      There are no pros to working at this healthcare system.

      Svantaggi

      Cut call in pay, cut critical staffing pay, cut staffing, short every shift. And you have to work 5 holidays a year.

      Had good benefits and was wonderful to work in the year 2020-2025. Co-workers were friendly around 2023 and got along great with all of the coworkers.

      There are numerous ones that I do not like about the company. Most of the people I worked with were not friendly, micromanaged and the company sold us out to Ensemble Health Partners which is even worse than HSHS on micromanging. I am pretty upset about them not letting us know at least a year ahead or 6 months that we were moving to Ensemble Health Partners. Everyone who was up for retirement stopped working for HSHS because of us moving to Ensemble Health Partners.
