Half ass people with half ass training. We do Google for you and maybe a bit more - like creating a ticket for your issue when can't find an answer on Google. Good if you want a temp job while finding something else in the tech industry, because trust me you will want to. Your quota and numbers will matter over actually helping any customer out. Seems cool at first, but the perks are there just to lure in idiots, it seems. Basically, the company is a whole facade of "cool". This is economy web hosting with economy compensation. Avoid if you can.
