Working here destroyed my mental health for years, and just remembering this job spikes my anxiety. Endless queues, working a minimum 4 chats at a time (justified by saying the minimum USED to be 10 chats at a time), all on a timer, no chance of movement into the higher tier of Web Advisor unless your sales metrics for add-on services consistently clears a ridiculous threshold, regardless of customer feedback and adherence to other strictly-enforced metrics. Due to bloated queues, incoming shifts' chats immediately fill up, and no one will accept a transfer so you can go home. Immediate management sympathizes but can't change anything, upper management could not care less. Reached the point of crippling anxiety and depression, resulting in daily ideation.
