For salary and benefits, I can confidently say they are far above the average companies in Bali. Since this is a global company, the compensation standards are highly considered by management and aligned with global benchmarks. Employee programs also run consistently. There are monthly events that include team-building competitions and birthday celebrations, which strengthen teamwork and bonding among employees. Besides being fun, there are also plenty of snacks during these monthly activities. There are also yearly events, such as the end-of-year dinner held towards the end of the year, with the venue rotating among various 5-star hotels. Career paths are clear and structured, as management places strong emphasis on internal hiring and promotion systems for higher level positions. On top of that, the most remarkable aspect is the flexibility offered by management—from freedom in work attire, scheduling, and taking leave, to allowing employees to bring personal items to make their workstations as comfortable as possible. The only concern I have is the office space. With the growing number of employees, the current workspace feels insufficient and would greatly benefit from a larger area. This would allow for a more proper and well-organized arrangement of each team’s working space.
