You can meet many interesting people and everyday you'll have different things going on. I love working at hotel because you don't get bored! Also, free cafeteria meal and snacks were very helpful for me too.

It's a hospitality industry, unfortunately it is difficult to take a day off on weekends or during holiday seasons...
Team members had great dynamics for the most part. It was a great collaborative environment and as long as you're forward about your ambitions, they love to promote from within when possible.

As it's a relatively small organization, opportunities for advancement are a bit limited. Lots of departments are a bit understaffed too, so feelings of being overworked are not uncommon in busy periods - which can be volatile in this industry!
