Workload is less in some departments

1. Salary is never credited on time 2. No management, just a couple running the company out of their house, one of which, is also HR who creates the policy for employees and changes as per their convenience 3. They keep changing the company's name, website, and hope and pray that with a new name the company will flourish 4. They fire people on the same day if you speak anything that MD does not like 5. You will have to wait for 4-5 months to get your Full & Final settlement 6. Some days employees have to pay for milk out of their own pockets to get tea in the office

If your dream is to become "one man army" type than this is best company for you. You have to work on 50-100 project alone. You have to work on digital marketing, design, development, content, client interaction, cold-calling, useless meetings, etc. etc Join this company if you are fresher
