I have been working for HotelPlanner for over 9 month now and it is great to be part of a the leading company in the online group booking segment. The recent expansion into Europe highlights the steady growth of Hotelplanner and with this growth the development opportunities for me as a regional Planner are immense. The job gives you a great balance of different tasks - from hotel relations to direct selling to the end clients. My role also gives me a great deal of entrepreneurial opportunities and a great chance to add to my base salary and bonuses through clever business development. The steady and rapid growth and all opportunities to add to your salary can increase your workload. It did take me a month or 2 to find the right balance between business development and daily tasks, but everybody is different. Once you are in your rhythm you will find more and more time to focus on entrepreneurial projects.
