Best for Freshers - if you join the company after graduating it will be good, and you get one of the worst pays

After leaving the company, don’t expect to receive your last month’s salary or PF. Hotfoot has a pattern of not paying employees their hard-earned money. Employees are treated like expendable resources, expected to work late nights with no respect for personal time or well-being. Management behavior is extremely unprofessional. Managers and the CEO speak politely only when it benefits them; otherwise, employees are treated poorly and with disrespect. Recognition is nonexistent unless the CEO personally receives praise from a client—only then does he acknowledge the employee who actually did the work. Overall, this is a toxic workplace with poor ethics, zero accountability, and no respect for employees. I strongly advise others to think twice before joining.
